As a Chinese medicine practitioner with a strong background in Western medicine, Jillian believes that the best treatment combines both approaches. She loves to support patients wherever they are at, finding the best combination of treatments and protocols for each individual patient.
Jillian is a licensed acupuncturist and herbologist and a nationally-recognized Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. She is also a fellow of ABORM (Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine).
She holds a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Environmental Biology from Colgate University. She has completed internships at both the Chengdu University of TCM and the Shanghai University of TCM in China. Jillian is passionate about Chinese medicine because of its holistic nature and the way that it helps our bodies restore our natural, healthy balance.
In her free time, Jillian is an avid outdoors enthusiast. Whether it’s biking, skiing, climbing, or hiking, she spends as much time as possible outside, helping her maintain her own personal balance in her life. A Chicago native, she has called Seattle home for the last 15 years. She currently lives in Ballard with her daughter and dog.
After falling in love with Seattle during his youthful Army days, he's finally returned to the city, leaving behind a chapter spent raising his son in Massachusetts.
Michael's journey into acupuncture was sparked by his undergraduate passion for medicine and a deep desire to help others. Initially engaged in DNA research, he discovered his calling in Traditional Chinese Medicine, developing expertise in Chinese herbs, cupping, auricular therapy, and other modalities. His experience spans over two decades, with particular proficiency in treating PTSD, psycho-emotional issues, digestive and autoimmune conditions, and physical pain. He thrives on addressing complex medical issues, especially autoimmune diseases.
Patients on the East Coast fondly remember his compassion, competence, and genuine interest in their well-being. Their loss is Seattle's gain!

Bethany (she/her) is a descendent of farmers and people who view life as entwined with nature and developed a strong connection with Nature as medicine.
In her meandering search for a medical practice that she resonates with, she familiarized herself with very different worlds of healing. This journey ranged from studying the environment itself in Denver Botanic Gardens, working on over 40 studies of native plant species, to managing over 80 cancer research studies at the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
Later she furthered her knowledge and became a registered nurse at the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the Rocky Mountain Regional Trauma Center, and since then she has worked at many ICU’s across the country, including the Neurological ICU at Seattle’s premier stroke center, Swedish Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, and Harborview Medical Center.
Bethany, an avid outdoor enthusiast, found healing in energetic modalities like Acupuncture to be extremely effective at not only alleviating musculoskeletal injuries, but also treating the spirit and psycho-emotional levels. A graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health, Bethany loves alleviating pain, treating psycho-emotional health, and also assisting those who are balancing complex medical issues and who want to thrive.
